A modern impressionist view of a Scottish highland moorland waterfall in the highland moors of Scotland. In this painting I have tried to portray the moody atmosphere and weather of a wet misty grey day beside a highland mountain burn or stream, high up on the rugged hillside, approaching a cloud filled corrie. Painted in muted autumnal colours.

Painted with a palette knife and fingers, using quality artists acrylics on a square format 22 3/4" x 22 3/4" (58 x 58cm) lightly textured canvas on board, framed in a white limewash frame, with cord ready to hang.
