I live about 500 feet away from Eno River. Along side of this river there are large natural habitat of massive tall trees, grass and wild flowers. Of course we can also see some interesting wild animal specially at night. I haven't run into any scary animals yet but I do see Hawks, eagles, crows and deers very often. Gray heron are among my favorite to spot on the river. I was happy to spot on this hawk on the drift wood and wanted to transfer onto my canvas. This painting was done on oil primed canvas panel, varnished. Painting is sold as just painting only, The frame is not included in the price listed. However, if collectors are interested this particular frame we can discuss further.
