Autumn Calls is a wide panoramic oil painting on canvas of an autumn landscape with a deer stag next to a semi abstract lake and trees. It is 16x40x1.5 inches with white edges, no frame needed. I used autumn colours for the trees and the glimpse of a lake and forests beyond whilst a deer stag observes from the left of the painting. The semi abstract handling of vertical lines hints of a bit of mystery. This is appropriate as deer in many cultures are seen as spiritual guides and I do find them quite inspiring
