I am incredibly fortunate to live within reach of the gorgeous Charleston in Sussex, and never tire of wandering through the gardens there. Whatever the time of year, I find beauty and inspiration at every turn when I am there.

I have been struck by the layers and layers of colour and foliage which just fill up the view, and lead the eye (and the feet!) into corners and pathways which seem so inviting. Everywhere you turn there is something magical to see.

Even at the beginning of Autumn, the colour and texture as one wanders around is delightful. I can't wait to go back.....
