In countries that are not democratic censorship is strictly controlled by a single party that forms the government, consistent ideological manifestation make any written or spoken against that party is considered a threat, becoming an enemy of the government, for that reason great many people do not speak out against the government even in safe places, infected by the epidemic "Self Censorship" title of this artwork.
