This is an homage to one of my favorite actresses of all time: Audrey Hepburn. No other actress/movie star had the beauty, grace, playfulness, and class that she had. This painting is a contemporary, abstract interpretation of her famous image. It was completed using a technique that I have been working to master over the last year. This piece was painted with a metal ruler and is unique in it's bold and vibrant textures, colors, and movement. Almost every little piece of this painting is fun to look at from afar, or under the microscope. I am truly proud of this painting and wanted to do Audrey proud. Like the actress herself, this painting will truly brighten your mood and any room that it is hung in. Enjoy!
