This painting is a 30 x 30 cm acrylic painting on stretched canvas. It does not come with an outer frame but it has a wire on its back, ready for hanging.

This painting is inspired by early mornings just after the sun rises when we can trace a pink glow across the sky. I wanted to create a simple nature painting, inspired by early Turner watercolour paintings.

Using translucent colours, layering many thin washes of paint, I was able to create this atmospheric landscape piece.
