I love this poem on Aspen trees. And as you can tell from my paintings, I'm fascinated by Aspen trees. Their texture, standing, especially colors in the fall are really exceptional. They are patient and uncomplaining, in the sun, wind or snow.
Here is another painting with beautiful, tall Aspen trees.
This is a large painting. I used palette knife, therefore, the paint is very thick on the canvas. The texture looks great in person.
