Original artwork description:

In this semi construction painting the legs hang out from the main picture. I often like to pose the model in their daytime clothes as the folds in jeans and sweaters create an ideal scenario for making a picture into a construction. I was inspired by the way she fluffed up her hair whilst stretching between poses.

Construction of MDF, hardboard and glue, primed with gesso and painted in oil
