This still life was born almost by accident. I brought this sprig of bougainvillea and put it in a vase on the drawer chest in my studio. I liked how the light plays in the vase and how the flowers glow in the contra-light. In a pair to vase, I put this ceramic cup, which I made a couple of years ago and at the moment I use to store my brushes. This still life it's like a quick glance at my studio, a look at things that surround and delight me.
