"Artifact Eight" (the eighth piece in my Artifact Series) is painted with acrylic on a 20 x 20 inch gallery-wrapped canvas, edge painted, ready to hang. Like many of my paintings, this piece has a rich history of adding and subtracting paint and material. The result is a haunting, highly textured tale of "what gets left behind."
