Thomasville, Georgia - Broad Street, the main street down the middle of town, is paved curb to curb with bricks. So are some of the side streets. It gives the town a truly unique character. Anyway, they closed off the street for the outdoor art market, which is called On The Bricks Art Market. I had my tent set up early, so I put up an easel and painted the market looking down the street. It was a very nice day in a town that I really love.

En plein aire, painted during the On The Bricks Art Fair. I made some paintings, sold some others, and my sister bought a Boxer Dog puppy from the Humane Society booth.

Painted in oil on prepared masonite panel, 14 x 10 inches.
