It is art day in Montmatre
Art is plenty
but oh dear, so are the masks
and sounds are muffled when they ask
People keep apart
As they study the beautiful art
They say: Food for your soul
Where Covid left a hole
So many days in lockdown
Made them frown
And art; such pretty sight
That helps the soul to fight
Tomorrow the sun will shine bright again
And then mankind would be hugging
And smiling about a forgotten pandemic
That kept the world stunned
And the Healthcare on the run.
