Original artwork description:

It is part of the My Birds series. Birds are recurring motifs in my creative life, I have a natural attraction for them. Symbols of freedom, inspirations for the aircraft, who also moved into cities together with us with the advent of the modern age. Different birds have different characters. The cute and wise owl, the smart and mysterious raven, the naughty seagull evoking the infinity of the seas, and the gentle city bark, the pigeon is all a spot of color. Although their facial expressions are not perceived, their movement and posture convey a wide variety of emotions.

In recent years, I have used OSB as a basis. By retracting the paint layers, I use the texture of the veneer as part of my compositions to create a unique rustic industrial atmosphere. This is recycled art.
The painting is made with self-made paint, which consists of pigments and beeswax. Does not contain oil or other paints.

The procedure itself dates back to antiquity and has been known for thousands of years. Only a few artists around the world work with wax on its own.

This work will be delivered with Care Instructions for my encaustic paintings and a signed certificate of authenticity. Carefully packaged and tracked shipping. I ship this work in cardboard boxes carefully wrapped in bubble foil and protect the painting with cardboard.

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:
- the colors in life may slightly vary from the photo due to lighting sources or monitor settings.
