Original artwork description:

This started as an abstract, laying down colour without intention and then, after awhile it told me what it wanted to be. A sunflower - a beautiful golden sunflower with a life represented by red in the middle of the flower, radiating outwards. With the war in Ukraine sunflowers seem to be continually arising my work.

Done in professional grade fine art watercolours, watercolour pencils and gouache. Signed in bottom right corner.
