***Conceptual info***
This piece is part of a second zodiac series I have been slowly creating since 2013. This is the zodiacal sign of Aries, the king. The figure stares down at you in a regal manner, echoing the Aries trait of power, drive and fortitude. A small crown can be seen to the left of the man, representing Aries and the beginning of the year, the source of power coming forth into the cycle, as Aries is seen as the opening of the Zodiac. The stars on the kings chest are in the shape and order of the actual stars of Aries.

***About***
I have been a professional full time artist since 2004, have showed throughout the US and am in multiple museum collections as well as private collections throughout the world. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me, even if you just want to ask more about what a piece means or about why I create art.

***Framing***
All pieces come framed. I create the frames myself (Don't worry, they don't look terrible). All frames are cut, joined, wood filled, sanded so there is no appearance of joining method and then painted and sealed. Ready to hang with a signature on the back of the actual piece and then one on the back of the paper that covers the frame. Some of the frames have little designs painted on, like the example I included in the pictures. The frames are float frames, meaning the piece appears to float in the frame. No part of the actual painting is covered by the frame, nor touches the frame.

***Shipping***
I use silicone based conservator paper to wrap the painting before packing up. This is a non stick paper, expensive paper, highly useful. I double box the painting, so there is no need for crating. If you do want it crated, let me know and we can work something out. Painting will arrive in great condition, I have never had a problem and I have been doing this for almost 14 years. If you have any specific shipping needs please let me know.
