Original artwork description:

Study of light and atmosphere. Losing myself in the process of adding and subtracting paint and texture is a kind of inward travel. I believe that the places I access are familiar ones to others and transmit a story of presence and time spent in meditative movement.

Mixed Media on Cradled Wood Panel.
This piece has a layered and irregular texture, and grew out of layers of material.
It is unframed, wired for hanging, comes with a certificate, and the texture and color wrap the deep panel sides.
