Original artwork description:

Being mesmerized by Rene Magritte's "The Menaced Assassin" I wanted to create something similar by mood and subject. The detective dog is curiously checking on a victim. I purposely avoided natural colours, as this artwork is not about realism. I tried to turn a serious and dramatic subject into ironic and even joyful artwork.

This painting will be shipped carefully and safely rolled in a durable plastic tube because of its large size. Rolled artworks can easily be re-stretched.
