Created during my 4 years living in this fascinating country, Jordan.
My strongest impressions of Amman are narrow streets, connected by lines of stairs passing through the arches.
The prospect of the streets seen in the arches is inviting to exploring, walking inside, look into them getting acquainted with a new culture, enjoying unexpected discoveries.
This work was performed on the cardboard box that we used to move to our next country destination.
I wanted to mark the beginning of a new stage with the first impression of the cities in which we found ourselves at that particular moment of life. Some kind of diary of an empty box.
Two coats of protective mate varnish are applied to protect the painting from UV rays and dust.
