Painted on-site at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Features a lovingly detailed rendering of the arbor, with each pillar and wood slat bathed in late afternoon light and shadow. The surrounding trees, grass, walkway and lamppost are also featured in detail, with blue sky and deep shadows of the woods peeking through in the background. The arbor is adorned with creeping vines and branches on top, and a garden of wildflowers and native plants below, which are in full late summer maturity. a beautiful and peaceful scene rich with subtle detail!

Painted in oil on canvas. Framed in a 2.5" wide custom frame with a pale green and black textured finish and a black inner edge.
