This triptych is named after an Andean mountain spirit (Apu) called 'Wiraqochan'.
The yellow part consist of structure paste mixed with sand to give it an organic feel and 3D-effect. Other thick layers are made with impasto effect like the lavender part in the middle and deep brown parts on the right. The lavender part has countless small 'channels' running through it which were caused by the extensive use of water in the first layer.
The sides of the painting are the same colours as the front. The painting is varnished, ready to hang and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
This painting will be packaged in a cardboard box with an inner casing for maximum protection. Customs clearance is included in the shipment cost.
