Recently, the snow melted, and the landscape acquired this beautiful silvery-ocher hue. Dark green pines harmonize with this color palette. I tried to capture this color scheme in my plein air study. The study is painted on thick cardboard.

This painting is #52 from the series #100studies (#100этюдов) – a personal challenge where, for 100 consecutive days, I painted one study a day exclusively from life. Capturing the fleeting beauty of nature in a single sitting, these works reflect the spontaneity and immediacy of plein air painting.

Each piece in this series is a unique moment, painted quickly yet thoughtfully, preserving the atmosphere and light of a particular day. Whether a landscape or a still life, every brushstroke conveys the essence of direct observation and artistic intuition.

The painting will be carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped via Russian Post. A tracking number will be provided. Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks.
