Artwork description:

I was driving home this February and pulled over to make a drawing which became this print. In this case I was approaching the trunk road A47 but I suppose I could have been approaching the 47th something else, or any other number for that matter. What's coming up is ever before us and we are always approaching something or other.

This is an original relief print pulled from an engraving cut in rubber. The edition is 7 prints. The paper is Johannot, a thick textured white sheet, watermarked in the bottom right. Please feel free to contact me to put a question or make a remark. The contact button is below this description.

Materials used:

Johannot paper 125 gsm, oil-based printing ink
