"Apples and Mallow Flowers" is a vibrant oil painting in the impressionist style. This artwork features a lush arrangement of pink mallow flowers in a rustic basket, surrounded by a scattering of richly colored red and yellow apples.
The inspiration for this piece came from a late summer's day. The smell of the coming Autumn with vibrant colors of nature gifts inspired me so much. This contrast between the delicate pinks of mallow flowers and the bold reds and yellows of ripe apples struck a chord of harmony and a happy feeling.

The impressionist approach and oil as the medium allowed me to express the scene not just as it physically appeared but as it felt—the warmth of the sun, the freshness and sweetness of the air, and feelings of warmth and happiness.
