To create her artwork Aphrodite, Jane Ianniello has appropriated a photo of a young girl from a detective pulp magazine cover of the 1950s and placed a stink lily in the background. The resulting surreal portrait painting hints at human desire and female fertility. This acrylic painting on canvas is ready to hang and has beautiful metallic and interference acrylic colors and a gloss varnish finish. The main colors are lime green and warm yellow.
