The Anthropoid sculpture series focuses on abstraction around the human body. Through a minimal use of material, the artist aims to achieve a maximum expression that allows the viewer to identify the basic form proposed but, at the same time, forcing him to mentally complete the work until it gives it its own meaning.
On this occasion the artist plays with three basic elements of the human body, the eye, or a large central eye with lateral vision, clearly defined legs and an element that gives the work movement, and the mouth represented through horizontal lines that they cut the vertical plane of the sculpture.
The pieces are made of welded and black patinated steel and are presented as limited series.
