A summer mountain landscape of the upland moorland scenery of the moors and hills of the British Isles, inspired by the heather grouse moors of the angus Glens, such as Glen Esk, Glen Lethnot, Glen Isla, Glen Clova and the Royal Deeside
In this scenic artwork I have tried to convey the moody atmospheric light of early morning or evening and remote scenery of the remote areas of the Britain's countryside views with their dramatic atmospheric light and flowering purple heather and golden bracken hillsides.
Painted in a a modern contemporary impressionistic style in muted ochre colours with touches of bright red and blue

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
