I am continuing my theme of painting different variety of flowers. I tried to grow anemones in a pot but unfortunately they died soon after so I decided to paint them. Before seeing a Matisse exhibition in Washington I wasn't very fond of his work but after seeing them all together I was dazzled by the colour. It is an exhibition I will never forget. This is my take on an early work by Matisse.

High quality acrylic paint on gallery wrapped canvas with deep sides, varnished, sides painted, ready to hang unframed
