This painting is of a landscape created in-situ on the outskirts of Taunton looking towards the Blackdown Hills and the Quantocks, creating an image which blends the views together.
During the process of creating this landscape, the rain came and assisted in helping to create this painting made with Quink ink, with the rainwater carrying the ink down the paper, blending the ink as the water soaked the surface.
