Original artwork description:

AND ALL THAT JAZZ

A fantastic large statement piece, measuring 150 x 120 cm, mixed media painting on canvas.

The painting is created using many layers, predominantly in acrylic paint, but with the addition of oil pastel, ink, and fabulous alcohol inks.

I'm fascinated by colour, the juxtapositioning of selected hues which allows the eye to create its own illusion. A technique employed by many of the impressionist painters of the past. This keeps the image lively and absorbing.

The canvas was continually rotated in creation, this artwork may be displayed any way up, to suit your space.

The entire canvas measures approximately 130 x 160, allowing for trimming and continuing the image by wrapping around the stretcher bars.

This painting will require stretching at your local framers on standard size stretcher bars.

Please check out my 5 star reviews, and my about me and me at work pages, where you will discover my artists statement, current news, and selected collections. Buy with confidence, my work sells to collectors all over the world, this is a unique piece of art.
