Original artwork description:
Oil study of a beautiful Amur Leopard bearing it's teeth. As with my other wildlife paintings, I am particularly fascinated by the amazing camouflage and patterning of many wild animals and enjoy exploring that through the medium of oil. This is a fairly large piece and pack quite a punch in terms of impact. The black background adds to the drama. The painting is varnished with a gloss varnish.
