This is a one of a kind cyanotype from a series I have made using carrots.
I'm fascinated by the contrast and dimensions these prints can make. The carrots appear floating and majestic.
The cyanotype process uses a mixture of iron compounds, which when exposed to UV light and washed in water oxidise to create Prussian Blue images.
It represents my ideas about different forms and shapes that we find occurring naturally in the world around us.
Available unframed, image shows suggested framing only.
