Original artwork description:

I have spent two weeks painting and drawing near St David's in Pembrokeshire. The light, coastline (which is protected and utterly beautiful), and colours in the landscape really captivate me.
This is one of several paintings inspired by this.
I have worked outside and spend time dripping, splashing, palette knifing and washing layers of colour and tone onto the canvas to create a rich vibrant paint surface.
This 60x60cm canvas is unframed. It had white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
