Artwork description:

In this artwork, we can see a woman with a sweet and innocent appearance having a calm breakfast in her home kitchen. The setting also seems to be part of a dollhouse: sweets in the kitchen, pastel colors... however, if we pay attention to the details, there are a series of warning signs. On the table, we find a "Wanted" poster featuring a criminal's composite sketch, the milk carton contains a photograph of a missing girl, and if we look through the window, we can see the scene of a traditionally American and seemingly peaceful residential neighborhood where a man, fitting the description of the suspect, is talking to a little girl.

Meanwhile, the woman having breakfast reads a magazine titled "Gossip," with the subtitle "The Magazine for Good Girls," and we can see a headline announcing an article about tips to make your husband happy. At the same time, this woman seems distracted. Despite being in an idyllic and seemingly safe environment, there are details around her demonstrating that danger exists, and something off-camera has caught her attention.
