I shot this image when walking about in Marrakesh, Morocco. When I saw this man across the road I thought it would be a nice composition and quickly took the photo.
This is one of my absolute favourite photographs from my travels to Morocco - there is something about the atmosphere in this capture that really resonates with me. The contrast between the blue sky and the distressed orange/terracotta wall domineering over this single person that get picked out by the sun creating a strong contrast from the background.
