This plein air painting is in oil and was created along the Clackamas River in Oregon. As you can see from the touch of lavender, I was at a local lavender farm. I love the dark silhouette of the tress against the gleaming river. This piece is very expressive and features directional brushstrokes and areas of thick paint. It comes unframed, however feel free to contact me and if I have a frame in stock that you like, I'll include it at no charge. This painting is subject to availability.
