Churchill, love him or hate him he was a man of his time, he dragged his Country through its darkest hours. He was one of the most important leaders of the twentieth century. He was not just a war time leader he was a pioneer in health care,education,and social welfare.

It was not often that Churchill could be described as muted, he was never often quiet, spoke softly or stayed silent for very long, but here he is that, and more, entrenched in important papers of State. Silently muted, deep in thought, you can see the concentration on his face the weight of the papers on his mind.
