This image is created from original photographs taken at Swanage on the Dorset Coast. It has been created by layering and juxtaposing up to 30 different photographs to create an entirely new scene

I knew when I saw them that I wanted these beautiful wrought iron benches found along the promenade at Swanage to form part of a photomontage. These benches for me represent the space to sit and be alone with one's thoughts, surrounded by the elements looking out to sea.
