Alma represents a woman in evening dress, very beautiful and sensual, with the small characteristic of carrying a reindeer oar. Indeed, Alma is a city in Quebec, where reindeer are legion, known as caribou.
In the animal kingdom, it is the male individuals who wear antlers and horns within the species. If the females also sport them, they are always smaller...
In this painting, Alma reverses the codes: these antlers, symbol of masculine power and domination, it is she who wears them proudly.

The canvas is varnished and equipped with a hanging system.
