Original artwork description:

In my studio I wanted to create a piece that portrayed a beautiful message about love. I have looked for love in all the wrong places and waited for it where I knew it would never come. Therefore I embraced the concept that to find love, we should first fulfill love in our own hearts. We need to recognize ourselves and embrace our imperfection to allow ourselves to be loved by others innately. First, we need to love ourselves fully and unconditionally. Because true selflove will also attract true love from others.

To create this painting, I used an array of colors and textures, taking inspiration from color psychology and color theory. I used air manipulation and poured texture as well as iridescent acrylic paint to create depth and life. The piece is highly detailed and has very thick texture. This is a piece that can be enjoyed in the living room or a master bedroom.

The artwork was exhibited and awarded at the Premio Guglielmo II in Italy.
