I'm often inspired whilst walking through the local Norfolk countryside, particularly on windy and bright days. This dramatic painting is full of texture and bold contrasts. I used both brush and palette knife to create layers of colour. There are gold highlights to catch the sunshine. I wanted to create an impact with this piece.
This painting comes unframed on thick 300gsm textured acrylic paper.
