Original artwork description:

The pretty town of Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast is well known to me after many trips there over the years. Earlier this summer I stood on the beach and made this painting of one of our favourite 'fish shacks' with the fishermen, their fishing boat and a few of the old fishing boats that are fairly well preserved but of course are not now sea-worthy. Each fishing shack has its own collection paraphernalia that may include a small bulldozer to haul the boat up the beach with the scene changing every day. (Please note that the actual size of the picture is 28x19cm).
