Original artwork description:

This is the reproduction of self-portrait of Albrecht Durer, work was painted at Academic studies. The portrait has a symbolic meaning, dark tones and the manner which directly confronts the viewer and raises his hands to the middle of his chest as if in the act of blessing. Frontal pose was associated with images from medieval religious art, and above all images of Christ. Considering that work is old, i had to make some corrections, and i put year 2017.
Painting direction belongs to the German Renaissance.
