Original artwork description:

This sculpture started with a little piece of broken blue marble, a beautiful structure in a soft blue color. It fitted well with the slightly transparent, cloudy alabaster.

In retrospect I seem to have made a shape reminiscent of an alabastron, a particular variant of ancient Greek pottery. It was a small, oblong bowl, in which oil was done.
Still, nice to have such beautiful predecessors.
