Ajaccio is the capital of Corsica where my great grandfather was born.
He immigrated to Puerto Rico in the late 1800s and settled in Adjuntas,
which is a mountain region known for coffee farms. The family name is Silvagnoli.
This is a homage to Corsica, therefore I used the colors of the sky, ocean and mountains.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint, matte medium, gesso
