Original artwork description:

A goldfinch investigates fragrant magnolia. Inspired by a lovely mural I painted recently in a house with a lovely magnolia tree in the garden. On an ethereal grey cloudy background painted in chalky pigment paints I've hand mixed.
Painted on wooden panel. Oil pastel and acrylic ink mixed in an ingenious manner.. I know these shouldn't mix but Am a secret alchemist !

Materials used:

Powder pigment , chalk paint , glaze, oil pastel, acrylic ink , uv varnish
