Ai Weiwei’s latest drink – 25-05-18 (sold)

At the time of completing this drawing The Sigg collection is on display at the Noord-Brabants Musem at ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Chinese artist He Xiangyu is present with his statue ‘Death of Marat’, presumed to be the great artist Ai Weiwei. My esteemed colleague Remco Hazenbroek (Remigius) was attending the exhibition. I was struck by a photograph of him with Ai Weiwei lying flat out on the floor. So much drama that I needed a drink while sketching. It is my latest drink and that of Ai Weiwei.
