This was a lovely agricultural valley in the centre of Gozo (adjacent to Malta), which is a beautifully unspoilt Island if you have never been.
I tried to leave areas of white to depict the walls between fields and give depth and a sense of 3 dimensions - always tricky in wtercolour!
