The woman looks at the pages of the book as she speaks. The table she sits at is adorned with colourful cakes and macaroons. The red velvet curtain drapes at the edge of a large window that looks out onto greenery of the trees. Romance is in the air. The artist uses unique technique of palette knife painting that creates textures in this work. It is Van Gogh textures in a Monet world.
