The oil painting on the canvas board depicts a peaceful scene from Torquay beach, facing Paignton. The painting captures the beautiful coastline at low tide; with a calm and tranquil sea gently lapping at the shore. The rocky headland in the distance is dotted with a smattering of tress on top, giving a hint of the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
At the bottom of the painting there are two people strolling along the beach, their backs to the viewer, enjoying a leisurely walk. The little figures have been painted in an abstract way, adding a touch of mystery to the scene.

The painting was done in oils on Winsor and Newton canvas board, 12x16 inch.
